Gold Medal Leadership was founded by longtime Army Hockey head coach Brian Riley, whose career has been defined by one core belief: leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about trust, care, and commitment to the people beside you.
After over 30 years of coaching at the world’s preeminent leadership institution, the United States Military Academy at West Point, Coach Riley launched Gold Medal Leadership to bring his message to companies, campuses, and communities nationwide.
